英博啤酒(Inbev)面试题目

在开始之前,不论能否进入Final interview,我还是想先夸赞一下Inbev。
Inbev的管培招聘是外包给Hudson的,整个流程非常专业;
从第一轮的笔试,到第二轮群面,再到第三轮的压力面,第四轮的business game 和inpidual presentation,最后一轮的Final Interview。
招聘流程包含了招聘的所有基本环节,而且据我的了解,最开始群面就是从Hudson的经理开始的,后面逐渐升级。(有一位师兄曾经比较过各家公司的招聘流程,有兴趣的可以查
资料看一下)
感言:能够经历这样一个流程,可以说是找工作中弥足珍贵的经历。

而后,我们就一起进入昨天(Dec 5th,2007 )的第四轮面试,第三面business game 和inpidual presentation。
This round interview was composed of business game and inpidual presentation.
For me, it’s the first time to experience this kind of business game, so moreto learn than want to win the game.
面试问题

In the game, we are separated into 3 teams, and each team consists of 4 members.
In all, teams compete with each other by results of the EBITDA, and the marketshare of the products.
The steps of the game:
1. Team members choose the continent of your company;(Asia, Latin Pacific, North America are the three good choices);
2. then team member determine the price of the product, and how much money is used to promote, and how many employees you need to hire;
3. there will be 5 rounds of determine the price and the promotion and the employee numbers, but sometimes there will be only 4 rounds, maybe the company was acquired by another company, or bankrupted.
比较幸运,我们队最后取得了胜利,而且发了inbev的衬衣,回来拆开看了是红豆OEM的,不错不错!再赞一个。

下面再谈一下Inpidual Presentation,
这一部分还是比较简单,时间分成两段,开始先阅读材料,材料中有2个问题,根据问题阅读材料并寻找答案;后一段做Presentation。
面试问题

感觉更像案例分析,可以向面试官提问问题的,但是我忘记了。
Inpidual presentation总结:
1. 一定要把材料读完,我就因为没有注意一份材料,后面被challenge的要死;
2. 非经管专业的同学如果想转管理类,一定要老早开始准备英语,我吃了大亏;平时交流和Open questions没有问题,但是到了Case Analysis死的很惨。

暂时写到这里吧,后面被大Boss challenge的要死,进Final的机会渺茫。
